How do I make an appointment?

Have a look at the work of the artists based at Tudor Row Tattoo, and once you have decided who’s work best suits the style that you are after please contact the artist directly to book.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Please make sure you try and get a good night’s sleep, and you have eaten a balanced healthy meal the night before your appointment, and the morning of. A tattoo is a stress on the body, so having it fuelled and prepared is a good start. Please also make sure you have drank plenty of water and are super hydrated in the weeks prior – get that skin glowing! Another tip for glowy skin – moisturise! This can be done in the weeks leading up to your appointment, and will help on the day.

What shall I wear?

Please wear something comfortable and appropriate for your tattoo. Your artist will need to access the area easily, but also comfortably and safely. If you are unsure please ask your artist. For more intimate tattoos, we do offer privacy screens to make you feel more comfortable.

Can I take a break during the tattoo?

Can you meet my accessibility needs?

If we haven’t mentioned something in the accessibility statement, then please get in touch so we can meet your needs.

What if I feel unwell during my appointment?

Please let your artist know as soon as you’re not feeling 100%, and you can have a break and use that time to have a drink of water, a piece of fruit and a little sugar (all of which can be provided). This usually passes pretty quickly.
